First off, I had made these apocarthy jars that I got the idea from shanty2chic found here.
I filled one with sand that I got from the dollar tree along with some shells I got there as well
And here is how it turned out. I am liking it. I wondering if there is a way to get the beach smell too when I take the cover off.

ReplyDeleteCheck it out, the mommy moment site's tutorials have helped me out more than once! Good luck! By the way, your blog is just lovely and I'm going to become a follower now. Have a wonderful day!
I LOVE your sandy, beachy, seashelly apothecary jar! I just made one similiar for my sweet daugher in law and I added a solar light to the lid. I'll be posting it soon!
ReplyDeleteLove all things beachy... looks great in the jar!
ReplyDeleteLovely! I have a love affair with the ocean, but I'm complete a land-locked person, born and raised. Only been to the beach a handful of days in my life, but I love all things beachy, and your jar is perfection.
